IS YOUR DIET HEALTHY?

In general it because I like a lot depends on what fruit and vegetables too. But you do not like it if necessary, eat me. I like pasta, but not always inmeno, I think I eat everything.



1. Can you find a heatly recipe?

Creamy pasta with salmon
This is the perfect midweek supper – make it more special by adding a few strips of smoked salmon when you stir in the cooked pasta.

Ingredients

  • 450g/1 lb pasta, cooked according to packet instructions, drained
  • 3 tbsp olive oil. 
  • 1-2 garlic cloves, chopped
  • 2 red onions, sliced
  • 3 x 150g/5½oz fresh salmonsfillets, skinned and cubed
  • 300ml/10fl oz double cream
  • 3 tbsp chopped fresh parsley.

Preparation method

  1. Cook the pasta according to packet instructions in a pan of salted boiling water, then drain.
  2. Meanwhile, heat the oil in a frying pan, add the garlic and red onion and fry for 3-4 minutes or until the onion has softened.
  3. Add the salmon cubes and double cream and continue to cook over a gentle heat for five minutes, or until the salmon has cooked through.
  4. Stir in the drained pasta and season, to taste, with salt and freshly ground black pepper. Stir in the parsley.

What's the best activity for me to improve?

My best activity to inprove was Oral presentation, becouse help me for my expresion in English, also help me for my pronuntion.

I use the Power Pint, and some pictures. I spend 1:39 minutes or more.

I some look at the audience, and I read the Power Point. 


STRUCTURE:
I organize my ideas.

CONTENT:
The information is correct.

LANGUAGE:
The vocabulary is correct, but the explication is fast.

My final mark is 6,8

UNIT 9: WEATER AND THE SEASONS

The weather is a very popular topic of conversation in Britain. That's because the weather changes a lot. 

Sixty- five per cent of all the days in Britain are overcast- dull, grey and often cold. That's 260 dull days. What do people complain that it's too hot. 





When it rains, they say it's too wet. When it isn't sunny, they say it's too cold.



UNIT 8: LIBRARIES AND READING

British poeople read a lot. They read books, newspapers and magazines. And of course they read tect messages on their mobile phones. Sixty-five per cent of British people list' reading for pleasure' as a major hobby. A quarter of the population reads more than 20 books each year. 

So where do these books come from? Well, there are bookshops where you can buy books. And there are lots of public libraries where you can borrow books for free. 




UNIT 7: SPORTS

At the weekend in Britain, millions of people tahe part in some kind of sporting activity. Half of all men over 16 regulary participate in sport.

Even more people spend part of the weekend watching sport- especially football. From August to April football is everywhere.

The top level of the game is professional football in the Premiership. We went to a training session with a Premiershi team from Soth East London, Charlton Athletic. The players train every morning. It this session, the head coach worked on passing the ball quickly and taking corners.

3D CINEMA

Coming soon to your home. 

Today, Hollywood is using the technology to attract more and more people to the cinema. So prepare yourself for 3D!

3D Television:
A danger for 3D cinema is the developement of 3D TV. Is you can watch 3D films at home, you won't want to pay to see them in the cinema. But James Cameron (Avatar) does not agree. He says 3D could be '' a way boring'' people back to the cinem,a... to make the cinema exciting again''. We hope he's right! 


The future of 3D:
Today, the future of 3D cinema looks good. There are lots of new 3D films begin made, and technology is constantly improving. Because 3D tickets are more expensive, the film industry makes more money. But will thepublic continue to pay more?
